FAQ

How do I get my photos on my device?

You can easily transfer your photos by connecting the Lumi Lens to your device using the included USB cable. The camera works like a USB drive, so you can drag and drop your photos to any computer. If you’re using an iPhone with a USB-C port, you can connect directly with a compatible adapter.

For iPhones with a Lightning port, you can use our Lumi Lightning Adapter, available here.

How do I switch between filters on the Lumi Lens?

You can switch filters using the mode dial located on top of the camera. The dial has eight positions, each representing a specific filter with or without flash.
Simply turn the dial until it clicks into place to choose between Normal, Retro, Black & White or Japan — each available with or without flash. This makes it easy to quickly change the look of your photos, depending on your mood or environment.
